2. Services
East Texas Fence Company provides fencing installation and related services ("Services"). All Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion without prior notice.

3. Quotations and Contracts
Any quotations provided by us are valid for [30] days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified. A binding contract is formed only when you accept our quotation in writing and we confirm acceptance. All contracts are subject to these Terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your specific contract. Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is required upon contract signing, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the Services. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide access to the worksite during normal business hours and ensure that the site is free from hazards. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Warranties and Liabilities
We warrant that our Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with 14 days' written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy it within that period. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all Services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Smith County, Texas.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site. Your continued use of our Services or Site constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
